October 26, 2020 (Calgary) – Construction has kicked off on The Theodore, the tallest residence in Calgary’s Kensington Village. Located at the corner of 10th Street NW and Gladstone Road NW, The Theodore will be comprised of one- two- and three-bedroom suites, offering stunning panoramic views of Calgary’s skyline, along with access to walking and cycling paths, the LRT and retail. The milestone marks the third building by Graywood Developments to break ground in the Calgary market.
